Forget Me Not by Alyson Derrick

First Line:

"I've spent more hours than I can count lying awake, finding hidden pictures in the random patterns of my popcorn ceiling."

Summary:

Stevie and Nora dream of taking their love somewhere safe, outside their small, conservative town, and they finally have a plan. Everything is going well until the accident, when Stevie has a horrible fall that takes her memories of Nora, and the last two years of her life.

While Stevie navigates her new life, Nora must decide how to make Stevie fall in love with her again, even if their plans are no longer.

My Review: NO SPOILERS

Did I finish this in one sitting? Yes.

Do I have any regrets? Absolutely not.

When I started reading this book I didn’t know what it would turn into or how I would feel about it. It started out the way I expected, a little cheesy and somewhat predictable, but as I kept reading, it kept pulling harder and harder on my heartstrings. By the end, I wished that every Stevie and Nora out there found the kind of happiness and visibility these characters found.
