First Line:
One morning. That's all I wanted. One morning to myself.
Summary:
Full-time single dad and CFO to Cloverleigh Farms is tired. He is tired of feeling like he's not a good enough dad, of his ex-wife calling, and of feeling like a pervert for eyeing his boss' daughter, Frannie. Although she is beautiful, sweet, and funny, she's also the nanny to his kids, his boss' daughter, and almost a decade younger.
But his self-control snaps with a kiss, which turns into a relationship he doesn't feel he deserves. He has to choose between the happiness of his 3 daughters, or his own.
My Review: NO SPOILERS
Sweet and Sour
Overall, a satisfying small-town romance. I related to Frannie and her troubles with family, and also it was interesting to see how Mack took his responsibilities as a single dad. Albeit, sometimes I was so annoyed with him for being so clueless haha
Toward the end of the book, I skipped many parts to get to the meat of the story, and although it was pretty cheesy near the end, it was enjoyable!
