King of Wrath (Book 1 of 7) by Ana Huang

First Line:

“I can’t believe he’s here. He never comes to these things unless it’s hosted by a friend…”

Summary:

Everyone knows who Dante Russo is. A billionaire CEO with looks that could kill, Dante is not the type of man to waste his time on marriage.

Unless he must.

Vivian Lau is the perfect match. She is headstrong, comes from a wealthy family, and is beautiful. The only problem is that she is not looking to marry until her parents declare it so.

The two must learn to live with each other until they can escape the unfortunate situation, but what happens if they don't want to anymore

My Review: NO SPOILERS

Another series of fictional men to fall in love with

I have no complaints about that, except I wish they were real. I LOVE Dante, he is the definition of ‘soft only for her’ and I was living for it the whole book! I’m also elated that Vivian was realistic near the end with her wants and goals after everything happened [I would say but spoilers].

An entertaining read with some amazing quotes and life lessons tucked inside. I can't wait to read the other books in this series ❤️

Rating:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Favorite Quote(s):

It was hard to believe Vivian and I had been at each other’s throats so often. If I set aside my intense dislike for her family, being with her was like breathing.

If I set aside my intense dislike for her family, being with her was like breathing.

“Hello?” Her voice flowed over the line. Clear and sweet, like the first gasp of air after surfacing from a frigid lake.
